TUI River Cruises designed as boutique 'floating hotels' with a maximum of 155-190 guests, offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with a focus on immersive destination experiences. TUI Aria - adult only, modern & beautiful river ship, the largest in European fleet.

The Laundry Master is responsible for ensuring that all laundry services within the ship operation meet the highest possible standards and are conducted in an efficient and timely manner

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily laundry operations, including washing, ironing, and folding guest and crew items.
Assist with cleaning public and crew areas as instructed by the supervisor.
Coordinate with other HOD in order to provide cleaning equipment and linen in a timely manner.
Maintain proper storage and organization of linen, uniforms, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain proper cleanliness of main laundry and crew laundry room.
Notify the supervisor of any breakage or damage to equipment, furniture, or machinery.
Maintain cleanliness in front- and back-of-house areas according to sanitary regulations.
Ensure correct handling of all equipment, machinery, and chemicals.

Requirements:

Age 18+ from EU and also all nationalities we work with
Professional experience in Housekeeping field
Ship experience preferred
No visible tattoos = no aggressive tattoos.
For non-EU candidates, a German Visa D will be required.
Safety certificates and US Visa are NOT needed.
Good knowledge of English language
Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Comfortable working in multicultural environments.
Highly organized, disciplined, and dependable.
