Your expertise includes: 

You have honed your baking skills through hands-on experience in a professional kitchen, either aboard a cruise ship or in a major hotel operating under International Food Safety Standards. 

Your background includes working as a Baker Demi Chef De Partie or in a similar role, where you have gained proficiency in dough preparation, bread-making, and pastry techniques. 

You are skilled in portion control, consistency, and presentation, ensuring each baked product meets high-quality standards. 

You thrive in high-volume environments, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality. 

Your teamwork, adaptability, and passion for baking have shaped you into a reliable culinary professional, ready to excel in an exciting and challenging onboard setting. 

Your Essentials

Proven experience as a Baker Demi Chef De Partie or in a similar role aboard a cruise ship or major hotel operating under International Food Safety Standards. 

Relevant culinary qualifications with specialized training in baking and pastry. 

Fluency in English (oral and written) to communicate effectively within a multicultural team. 

Strong understanding of portion control, consistency, and high-quality presentation. 

Knowledge of international food safety regulations and sanitation procedures. 

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality standards. 

Passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail. 

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights, in a shipboard environment.
