Your Journey So Far
Proven experience in the position of Demi Chef De Partie or a similar role, particularly in Pan Asian cuisine.
Experience gained on a cruise ship, at an international 5-star hotel, or a major resort is highly desirable.
Sound understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
Strong background in working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, managing various cooking stations under the supervision of a Chef De Partie.
Experience in menu planning and adapting recipes to suit guests’ preferences and dietary restrictions is a plus.
Your Essentials
Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a recognized culinary diploma or certification.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with team members and guests.
Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar position, with a focus on Pan Asian cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
