Your expertise includes: 

You have gained practical experience working in a professional kitchen, whether on land or at sea. 

You understand the importance of maintaining hygiene, handling kitchen tools with care, and following food safety guidelines. 

You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, preparing you for the dynamic setting of a cruise ship galley. 

Your skills and dedication to cleanliness and efficiency make you a valuable addition to our culinary team. 

Your Essentials

Proven experience as a Commis I Pastry or in a similar role aboard a cruise ship or a major hotel operating under International Food Safety Standards. 

Formal training or certification in pastry arts, baking, or culinary studies. 

Fluency in English (oral and written) to ensure effective communication in a diverse, multinational team. 

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures. 

Ability to follow company recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. 

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks in a fast-paced galley environment.
