Program And Digital Assistant

• Manage and maintain onboard digital content systems, ensuring daily updates of activity schedules, promotional materials, event information, and guest communications across digital screens and multimedia platforms.
• Coordinate with the Guest Services Manager, Cruise Director and other operational areas to gather and update accurate information for digital displays and onboard communication channels.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with the Daily Programme, maintaining consistency between printed materials, onboard systems, and digital guest information platforms.
• Support the creation and formatting of promotional graphics, event advertisements, and multimedia content for onboard screens and guest information systems in line with company branding and digital guidelines.
• Monitor digital displays throughout the vessel to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and timely updates, troubleshooting minor issues and reporting technical concerns where necessary.
• Assist and support the Programme & Digital Coordinator with duties and onboard daily programming, events, activities and printing as required by the Guest Services Manager.
• Support Guest Services department with any additional tasks as requested by Guest Services Manager or Hotel Director
• Wear Ambassador uniform with pride and in line with company image and uniform standards
• Provide a positive working environment be ensuring all colleagues are treated fairly and equally
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Hotel Director or Guest Experience Manager
