This frontline leadership role is responsible for overseeing Aquatic Attendants and Open Deck teams to ensure safe, clean, and well‑maintained pool, water park, and open deck areas. You will play a key role in delivering a safe, enjoyable, and memorable vacation experience for all guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out special tasks assigned by Housekeeping management and report any issues encountered
  • Supervise housekeeping operations and team members across open deck areas, including pools, whirlpools, verandas, and slides
  • Train and develop team members while ensuring safe operations and clean, well‑maintained equipment and lockers
  • Ensure compliance with garbage management, environmental, USPH, and HESS‑MS procedures
  • Monitor, record, and maintain pool and whirlpool water quality in line with USPH standards
  • Oversee opening, closing, and daily operations of pools, towel counters, whirlpools, and water slides
  • Manage beach towel operations, deck chair storage, chemical labeling, and secure storage
  • Ensure daily cleaning of drainage channels and maintenance of stainless steel, brass, and glass surfaces
  • Report maintenance and safety issues immediately to Assistant Housekeeping Managers
  • Follow port operation restrictions, safety regulations, emergency drills, attendance policies, and Company Service Values
  • Deliver consistent hospitality standards and courteous service to guests and crew

Position Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year experience in housekeeping or facility operations within a hotel, resort, water park, or leisure facility.
  • Solid understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in housekeeping, especially related to outdoor areas
  • Ability to train, organize, and manage a team 
  • Basic knowledge of pool care, chemical handling, and outdoor facility safety
  • Must be Fluent in English
  • Must be 21 years or older.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
