Location: Onboard Luxury Cruise Ships (6-month contract)

Overview:
Join EFFY Jewelry’s luxury retail team at sea! We are looking for confident, sales-driven individuals with a passion for client experience and high-end retail. As an onboard Jewelry Specialist, you’ll deliver exceptional guest service, build strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Contract Details:

• 6 months on / 6–8 weeks off
• $1000 per month + commission
• CV must be submitted in English

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and exceed targets
Deliver personalised, high-end customer experiences
Promote and sell luxury jewelry through storytelling
Support onboard events, seminars, and promotions
Assist with boutique operations and merchandising

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or hospitality
Strong sales track record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polished, professional, and adaptable
