Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lighting Technician to join a prestigious luxury cruise line, supporting high-quality entertainment at sea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rig, circuit, focus, and operate lighting for shows and live events
• Program lighting consoles during rehearsals and maintain show quality throughout runs
• Perform pre-show checks, troubleshooting, and basic equipment repairs
• Maintain lighting equipment, rigging, and work areas to safety standards
• Operate follow-spot and assist with occasional sound requirements
• Keep accurate show reports and communicate effectively with the Stage Manager and team

Requirements:

• Proven experience with lighting systems, DMX control, and live productions
• Knowledge of consoles such as GrandMA or Martin M1 and intelligent fixtures
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent English and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Valid seagoing documentation including STCW and C1D visa and be available to join ASAP!
