The Assistant Casino Manager supports the Casino Manager in the daily operations of the casino, ensuring smooth execution of gaming activities and high service standards across all shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily casino operations, including table games and slot areas
Manage shifts and ensure appropriate staffing levels
Support, coach, and train casino team members
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery situations
Assist in servicing VIP and high-value guests
Ensure compliance with company procedures and gaming regulations
Prepare operational reports and assist with performance analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years old.
Minimum 1 year of casino management background
Previous shipboard experience
Extensive knowledge of slots, tables, and cage operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
