Responsibilities:
Besides the regular restaurant waiter duties and responsibilities:
Assisting the Asst. Restaurant Manager in the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the respective outlet with emphasis on:
Ensuring quality control and standardization of food service preparation and presentation in all restaurant outlets;
Conducting on-the-job training and assistance to subordinates;
Ensuring charges are correct in PoS system;
Ensuring inventory control in all restaurants.
Reporting to:
·       Asst. Restaurant Manager.
Qualification:    
Experience in the same or similar position on board;
Excellent verbal and written command of English language, knowledge of any other language(s) is a plus;
All certificates and licenses as required by the STCW Code for the position.
