About the Role

As a Massage Therapist, you will play a key part in guest well‑being through professional spa treatments, morning fitness sessions, and reception support. This is a dynamic, guest‑facing role ideal for someone energetic, service‑oriented, and passionate about wellness.

What You Will Do

• Provide Swedish, reflexology, relaxation and aromatic massages according to scheduled appointments
• Maintain a clean, calm, and professional spa environment
• Lead 30‑minute morning exercise sessions for guests
• Assist with reception tasks such as check‑in/check‑out and guest inquiries 
• Support daily operations: excursion welcome towels, sundeck towels/blankets, floral arrangements, and onboard shop assistance
• Ensure cleanliness of massage, fitness, and reception areas in line with standards
• Occasionally perform night receptionist duties

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Massage Therapist with minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good English; German is an advantage
• Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented
• Flexible with schedules, including evenings
