The Hotel Steward is responsible for ensuring a clean, orderly, and well‑maintained environment through routine cleaning, restroom servicing, and upkeep of equipment and storage areas. The role supports guest satisfaction by providing assistance, handling luggage, and completing guest service tasks as needed. Additional duties include reporting damages, supporting special events, attending daily briefings, and adhering to all USPH, BPCL, safety, and environmental standards. Employees may be assigned other responsibilities based on operational needs

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
