V.Ships Leisure is looking for Beauty Expert on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Guerlain Spa Beauty Expert delivers face, body, and holistic treatments according to Guerlain’s exclusive protocols, embodying the Maison’s values of excellence, refinement, and care.
You offer each guest an unforgettable experience that combines visible results with emotional wellbeing — the true signature of the Guerlain Spa Art of Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Create a warm, authentic, and personalized connection with every guest, embodying Guerlain’s Promise of Beauty.
• Deliver a unique and flawless service experience, with active listening, bespoke recommendations, and elegant storytelling.
• Build guest loyalty and develop a strong local and international clientele.
• Contribute actively to Spa guest satisfaction results (Forbes, LQA standards).

 Treatment Expertise & Revenue Development

• Perform Guerlain face, body, manicure, pedicure, and waxing treatments following brand protocols and standards of excellence.
• Able to perform treatments using advanced technologies such as LED, EMS, cryotherapy, and other related equipments.
• Personalize each treatment through well-being consultations, aroma relaxation, and diagnostics.
• Demonstrate versatility across all treatment categories for a diverse and demanding clientele.
• Master the characteristics of Guerlain products across all axes (fragrance, skincare, make-up) and perform refined retail recommendations — including exceptional pieces.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and collective sales and performance objectives (turnover, KPIs).

• Foster a collaborative and supportive team spirit, participating proactively in briefings and Spa operations.
• Maintain the Spa’s overall harmony and presentation in line with Retail Excellence and operational procedures.
• Ensure impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance (uniform, hair, make-up, nails).

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

• Certified in Beauty Therapy (BTS Esthétique, Cidesco, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Spa or luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
