This is a rare performance-led role for natural presenters who combine storytelling, commercial instinct, and genuine guest presence — at sea.
As an Onboard Host and Brand Storyteller, you will be the face of the guest experience aboard world-class cruise ships, delivering live presentations, hosting branded events, and connecting guests with everything a voyage has to offer — onboard and ashore.

The Role

• Deliver captivating live presentations and hosted shows to large guest audiences in theatre and lounge settings
• Host destination showcases, shopping events, enrichment talks, and branded onboard experiences
• Bring ports-of-call, local culture, and onboard opportunities to life through compelling storytelling
• Engage guests personally after every presentation — building rapport and guiding decisions
• Offer personalised one-on-one consultations covering destinations, shore excursions, and onboard offerings
• Support revenue goals through authentic, guest-led engagement and recommendations
• Oversee event scheduling, onboard marketing materials, and stateroom communications across each voyage

You Bring

• Exceptional public speaking and live presentation skills — comfortable commanding large audiences
• Natural storytelling ability — the power to educate, entertain, and inspire in equal measure
• Sales confidence and commercial awareness — guiding guests toward decisions without pressure
• Outstanding interpersonal presence — warm, credible, approachable, and memorable
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural shipboard environment
• A genuine passion for travel, destinations, culture, and guest experience
• Flexibility to live and work onboard during rotational contract assignments
• Prior cruise, entertainment, presenting, or hosting experience is an advantage
