We Are Hiring – Provision Master

     We are looking for a responsible and organized Provision Master to join our onboard team. The role is responsible for managing and controlling all onboard stock and supplies, ensuring all departments are properly supplied to support smooth ferry operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct stock counts and control stock levels
• Issue supplies to onboard departments
• Responsible for ordering, receiving, and storage of goods
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage standards (FIFO)
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation
• Support compliance with health, safety, and maritime procedures
• Assist in other departments as per operational needs

Requirements:
• Previous experience in inventory, stores, or logistics in the maritime industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with stock control systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced onboard environment
• English language skills required
