Corporate Housekeeper (m/f/d)

Your chartered goal

• Fleet-wide inspection and analysis of current housekeeping processes with regard to optimized workflows, and compliance with standards and budget requirements
• Conceptual preparations for new ships to be put into service
• Analysis of existing structures and workflows, and their further development with the aim of achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Creating and monitoring of Housekeeping standards, briefing and training documents
• Specialized training of crew members on the ships
• Performing department-related market analyses and selection of housekeeping products

Your previous ports of call

• Completed vocational training with professional and management experience in the hotel industry, or long-term experience a management position within the Housekeeping Department 
• Experience in leading an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
• Solid knowledge of hotel processes, e.g. USPH (US Public Health)
• Very high willingness to travel and diplomatic communication skills
• Confident, flexible, service oriented, and responsible
