Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Dental Assistant to join the medical team of a leading international cruise operator.
This is an exciting opportunity for qualified dental professionals looking to work in a unique, multicultural environment while travelling the world and supporting the delivery of high-quality dental care onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the ship's Dentist during examinations, treatments, and dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilisation, and hygiene protocols.
• Manage dental supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Support the delivery of high standards of patient care and customer service.
• Assist with health promotion and preventative dental care initiatives onboard.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant in a clinical or dental practice setting.
• Relevant Dental Assistant qualification or certification.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, sterilisation techniques, and infection control standards.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Excellent patient care skills and a professional manner.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
