Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Casino Supervisor to join a leading international cruise operator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily casino operations and ensure gaming activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support and oversee casino dealers and gaming staff during operating hours.
• Monitor table games and gaming activities to ensure fairness, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and assist with resolving guest enquiries and concerns.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing casino team members.
• Ensure accurate handling of chips, cash, and gaming documentation.
• Promote casino events, tournaments, and onboard gaming activities.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming gaming environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Casino Supervisor, Senior Dealer, or similar casino leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of table games and casino operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical and cash-handling abilities.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
