Your Responsibilities

* Deliver professional, friendly, and attentive food and beverage service to guests in assigned restaurant venues.
* Welcome guests warmly and create memorable dining experiences.
* Assist with food deliveries from the galley to Waterside Restaurant stations and other assigned venues.
* Support senior waiters and waiters in daily restaurant operations.
* Maintain Crystal's luxury service standards at all times.
* Demonstrate a positive, approachable, and professional attitude when interacting with guests and fellow crew members.
* Participate in trainings, meetings, and all required work-related activities.
* Accurately record work and rest hours through the crew portal.
* Perform additional operational duties as assigned by supervisors and management.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or cruise ship environment is an advantage.
* Luxury hospitality or cruise ship experience is highly preferred.
* Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
* Positive personality, strong customer-service mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
