Assistant Waiter supports the dining service team by assisting waiters in delivering efficient and professional service to guests. The role involves serving food and beverages, preparing and maintaining dining areas, clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service.

Your Responsibilities

* Assist waiters in providing efficient and high-quality guest service.
* Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
* Prepare and reset tables before and after service.
* Clear used dishes, glassware, and cutlery in a timely manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
* Respond to guest requests and support customer satisfaction.
* Follow hygiene, safety, and company service procedures.
* Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or cruise ship environment is an advantage.
* Luxury hospitality or cruise ship experience is highly preferred.
* Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
* Positive personality, strong customer-service mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
