The casino management team is in charge of managing the overall casino and gaming function onboard the ship. This team constantly strives to create an entertaining gaming environment, which intrigues, attracts, and retains the attention of the guests. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily casino cashiering operations.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with financial procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and support cash desk employees to deliver courteous and professional service.
  • Interact with guests in a positive, professional manner, resolving issues effectively.
  • Communicate tactfully with guests, department heads, and shipboard employees to resolve operational or guest-related concerns.
  • Support casino management in maintaining a secure, entertaining, and guest-focused gaming environment.

Requirements

  • Previous cruise ship experience is mandatory.
  • One to two years supervisory cash handling experience in a customer contact position within the casino onboard a cruise line.
  • Proven customer service skills to interact appropriately with guests in a considerate, professional, and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
  • Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads, and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
