Faststream Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Casino Manager to join a leading international cruise operator.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced casino professionals looking to further their leadership career in a dynamic, guest-focused environment while travelling the world and helping deliver an exceptional onboard gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Casino Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the onboard casino.
• Assist in leading, motivating, and developing the casino team to deliver outstanding guest service and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and onboard procedures.
• Monitor casino performance and support initiatives to maximise revenue and guest engagement.
• Assist in managing casino promotions, tournaments, events, and player development programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, including VIP players, to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
• Support the training and development of casino staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with reporting, administration, and financial controls within the casino operation.
• Promote a welcoming, safe, and engaging gaming environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a casino environment.
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, table games, slots, and player development.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Previous cruise ship experience is advantageous but not essential.
