Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Cash Desk Manager to join a leading international cruise operator.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced casino professionals looking to advance their career in a dynamic, guest-focused environment while travelling the world and overseeing the onboard casino cash desk operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the casino cash desk, ensuring all transactions are conducted accurately and in accordance with company policies and gaming regulations.
• Manage and supervise Cashiers, providing leadership, training, and support to maintain high operational standards.
• Ensure the secure handling of cash, chips, tokens, vouchers, and other monetary instruments.
• Monitor and reconcile cash desk balances, preparing and reviewing financial reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, financial controls, and gaming regulations.
• Investigate and resolve cash handling discrepancies and guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with casino management to ensure smooth casino operations and exceptional guest service.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal control procedures.
• Promote a professional, efficient, and guest-focused environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Cash Desk Manager, Casino Cashier Supervisor, Cage Manager, or similar casino finance and operations role.
• Strong understanding of casino cash handling procedures, financial controls, and gaming regulations.
• Experience managing teams within a casino environment.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Previous cruise ship experience is advantageous but not essential.
