Storekeeper for Mitsui Ocean Cruises

V.Ships Leisure is looking for Storekeeper on behalf of Mitsui Ocean Cruises. 

Key Responsibilities

The Storekeeper will ensure all assigned ship's stores are well organized, adequately stocked, and efficiently managed to support various departments' operational needs.

• Proficiency in inventory control techniques, including receiving, storing, and tracking goods and supplies to maintain accurate inventory levels. 
• Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly and efficient storage areas. 
• Meticulous attention to detail to accurately record inventory data, verify shipments, and identify discrepancies or irregularities in stock levels. 
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy boxes, crates, or supplies in and out of storage areas. 
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with other crew members, including colleagues in the provisioning department, housekeeping, and food and beverage. 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, unexpected situations, and fluctuating demands for supplies and provisions onboard the ship.

V.Ships Leisure has been appointed as ship manager and is currently recruiting deck and engine crew to serve on MITSUI OCEAN FUJI.
