About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dance Instructor who can effortlessly blend dancing with socializing, making every cruise an exciting journey.

Your Mission:
As a Dance Instructor, you will be the heartbeat of our entertainment program, bringing rhythm and energy to the dance floor. You’ll be responsible for leading a variety of dance classes and showcasing captivating performances, all while engaging with passengers and fostering a lively, inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Cruise Activities Manager to organize dance and entertainment activities.
• Lead dance lessons in various styles, including:
• Caribbean Dances: Salsa, Merengue, Bachata
• Latin Dances: Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, Paso Doble
• Ballroom Dances: Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango
• Brazilian Dances: Samba, Forró, Sertanejo, Axé
• Other Styles: Breakdance, Hip Hop, Belly Dance, Tango Argentine
• Prepare and perform at least three unique dance demonstrations.
• Socialize with guests, offering special attention to those who might need it—children, elderly passengers, solo travelers, or those from minority language groups.
• Help cultivate a welcoming, social environment where guests feel included and entertained.

Who We Are Looking For:
• Passionate dancers with proven experience in dance instruction, preferably in a cruise or similar hospitality setting.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and proficiency in at least some of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese. The more languages you speak, the better!
• A natural performer with the ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a flair for social interaction.
