Effy Jewellery Specialist / Associate

About the role:

EFFY Jewellery is seeking sales-driven retail specialists to join its luxury teams onboard premium cruise ships for six-month contracts. In this role, you will deliver an immersive shopping experience at sea while consistently driving fine jewellery sales. Operating within a fast-paced travel environment, you will report directly to the boutique manager to elevate brand presence and achieve commercial targets.

What the reality of this position looks like:

* You will spend your shifts on your feet inside a high-volume luxury boutique, actively engaging international guests and using product storytelling to pitch and sell fine jewellery.

* You will work closely with the onboard retail team under the pressure of revenue targets, managing promotional events, seminars, and raffles while participating in mandatory fleet training calls.

* Your daily routine involves managing boutique stock rotation, maintaining premium visual merchandising standards, and tracking mandatory maritime safety and hours of rest records.

Essential attributes and qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of two years within luxury retail, fine jewellery sales, or premium hospitality, with a documented track record of meeting sales goals. Prior cruise ship retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

* Technical and systems: Full compliance with cruise line safety and health frameworks, including USPH and HESS-MS guidelines, alongside accurate tracking of MLC hours of rest and emergency response procedures.

* Core traits: Polished and team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset, strong communication skills for public presentations, and the personal adaptability required to thrive at sea.
