Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join the onboard team of a leading international cruise operator.
This is an exciting opportunity for security professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic, multicultural environment while travelling the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safety and security of guests, crew, and company assets onboard.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections throughout the vessel.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures in accordance with international maritime regulations.
• Control access to restricted areas and manage embarkation/disembarkation security operations.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Work closely with onboard departments to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a security, law enforcement, military, or related role.
• Strong understanding of security procedures and incident response.
• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Relevant security qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
