We are seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our international shipboard retail team as Sales Associates. Operating in a dynamic, high-energy duty-free shopping environment, you will play a central role in delivering premium service to diverse passengers at sea. This is a unique opportunity to combine your retail expertise with global travel while acting as a trusted, multilingual brand ambassador.

What the reality of this position looks like:
Active floor sales and passenger connection: You will spend your shifts on your feet, proactively engaging with cruise passengers in both Spanish and English, offering tailored product recommendations, and driving retail sales through promotions and upselling.
Stock management and visual standards: You will work alongside your team to process large stock deliveries, monitor inventory levels using first-in, first-out principles, and maintain immaculate, attractive merchandise displays.
Continuous operational multitasking: Your day-to-day routine involves handling transactions accurately, resolving guest queries, and taking on essential housekeeping, safety, and departmental tasks depending on the vessel's needs.

Essential attributes and qualifications:
Experience: Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is required, with shipboard retail or travel retail experience highly preferred.
Technical & Systems: Proficiency in point-of-sale transaction systems and basic inventory control. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, and physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs].
