Are you a passionate culinary professional with extensive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or cruise ships? We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef-level leader to join our dynamic shipboard team and help deliver world-class dining experiences to guests from around the globe.


Key Responsibilities:


✔ Lead, coach, supervise, and evaluate culinary team members across multiple galley operations
✔ Ensure strict compliance with company recipes, food quality standards, and consistency requirements
✔ Oversee production in key kitchen areas including Sauce, Fish, Roast, Cold Kitchen, Entremetier, and more
✔ Manage daily food requisitions, inventory controls, and cost-containment initiatives
✔ Maintain HACCP standards and ensure full compliance with international Public Health regulations (USPH, Shipsan, Anvisa, and others)
✔ Conduct recipe reviews, food tastings, workstation inspections, and quality audits
✔ Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements
✔ Support workforce planning, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of culinary staff


What We're Looking For:


✅ Culinary degree required
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in upscale hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or large-scale banqueting operations
✅ At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (shipboard experience preferred)
✅ Strong leadership experience in multicultural, fast-paced environments
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and team-building skills
✅ Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and basic accounting principles
✅ Intermediate computer proficiency
✅ Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
