A leading Cruise Line is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join its onboard Information Technology team. This role is responsible for supporting hotel-related IT systems and equipment, with a particular focus on guest stateroom technology, end-user support, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide first-level technical support for onboard IT systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
Support guest stateroom technology, including in-room entertainment systems, digital signage, and communication devices.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN connectivity and network cabling.
Configure and image IT equipment as required.
Assist with the setup, monitoring, and breakdown of embarkation check-in equipment when required.
Log incidents, service requests, and completed work accurately using the onboard ticketing system.
Provide after-hours technical support when necessary.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.


Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months' experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role.
Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, peripherals, and basic network issues.
Understanding of LAN networking and standard network cabling.
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications are advantageous.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse international team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
