Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a leading luxury ocean cruise operator to recruit an experienced Hotel Purser.

The Role

As Hotel Purser, you will support the Associate General Manager with the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the hotel department. You will oversee guest accounts, onboard financial reporting, cash management, embarkation procedures, and hotel administration while ensuring the highest levels of guest service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an onboard financial or Purser position.
• Strong financial administration, cash handling and reporting experience.
• Previous cruise ship experience is essential.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience leading multicultural teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• A proactive, guest-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid seagoing documentation and availability to join in July/August 2026.
