Shore Excursion Concierge – Luxury Cruise Ship

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating unforgettable travel moments? We are looking for a Shore Excursion Concierge to join the onboard team of a world-class luxury cruise line.

In this role, you will provide highly personalized shore-side services, assisting guests with shore excursions, private arrangements, and destination experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys seamless, bespoke experiences while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalized shore-side services to guests.
Coordinate and support shore excursions, private tours, and destination arrangements.
Provide expert recommendations and assistance tailored to guests' preferences.
Ensure smooth execution of shore-side activities while maintaining the highest service standards.
Liaise with onboard departments and local service providers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Handle guest requests efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail.
Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation related to shore services.

Requirements
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, guest relations, or shore excursions (shipboard experience is an advantage).
Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and cruise management systems such as Fidelio Cruise and MXP.
Fluent English is required; additional languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing operational requirements.
Valid passport and C1/D visa (or eligibility to obtain one) preferred.
