Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Slot Technician to join a leading international cruise operator.

This is an exciting opportunity for technical and gaming professionals looking to work in a dynamic, guest-focused environment while travelling the world and ensuring the smooth operation of onboard slot machines and gaming equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, service, and repair slot machines and related gaming equipment onboard.
• Troubleshoot technical faults quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance of all slot systems.
• Support the Casino team in ensuring all gaming machines are fully operational at all times.
• Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues or irregularities.
• Assist with the installation, relocation, and testing of slot machines when required.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance, repairs, and technical work carried out.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Slot Technician, Gaming Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of slot machines, gaming systems, or electronic equipment.
• Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational standards.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, onboard cruise environment.
• Cruise ship experience is advantageous but not essential.
