Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cash Desk Manager to join a leading international cruise operator.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced casino professionals to take the next step in their career, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment while travelling the world and delivering an exceptional guest experience onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash desk operations and ensure accurate handling of cash, chips, and financial transactions.
• Supervise and support the cash desk team, ensuring high standards of performance and service.
• Manage daily cash counts, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Ensure all cash desk activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support training, coaching, and development of cash desk team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and assist with resolving enquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' previous experience as a Cash Desk Manager, Cashier Manager, Casino Cashier, or similar role.
• Strong cash-handling, numerical, and financial control skills.
• Previous casino or gaming industry experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
