Faststream Recruitment is seeking an Entertainment Performer Fly Assist to join the entertainment technical team of a leading international cruise operator.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in theatrical rigging, performer flying systems, stage automation, or live entertainment production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the operation, maintenance, and inspection of performer flying and entertainment rigging systems.
• Assist with production shows, rehearsals, and entertainment events.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with specialist rigging and stage production teams.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in theatrical, arena, live event, or entertainment rigging.
• Knowledge of manual and automated rigging systems.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and safety awareness.
• Good English communication skills.
