Your chartered goal

• Responsibility for the IT compliance and SOX program, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
• Managing, enhancing, and monitoring IT controls, governance processes, and compliance standards
• Planning and supporting internal and external audits, including the follow-up of resulting actions
• Conducting IT risk assessments and ensuring compliance across key IT processes
• Preparing reports, KPIs, and compliance scorecards for management and stakeholders
• Advising specialist departments and project teams, as well as conducting compliance training sessions

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, IT security, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in IT compliance, IT audit, IT risk, or IT governance
• Confident application of relevant standards and frameworks such as SOX, COBIT, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Experience working with internal and external auditors
• Good German and very good written and spoken English skills
• Analytical, structured way of working and strong communication skills
