SECURITY SUPERVISOR — VIRGIN VOYAGES

Job Description:
The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising onboard security operations, maintaining safety procedures, monitoring security standards and responding to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate onboard security operations
Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures
Monitor security standards throughout the vessel
Respond to and manage security incidents
Support incident investigations and reporting
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and crew

Requirements:

Strong background in law enforcement, military, armed or unarmed protection
Previous shipboard experience preferred
Incident investigation experience is an advantage
Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English
Good physical condition and ability to stand for long hours, walk extensively and conduct routine patrols
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment
