SECURITY GUARD — VIRGIN VOYAGES

Job Description:
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment onboard, monitoring access, conducting routine patrols and assisting guests and crew during security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain safety and security onboard
Monitor access points and restricted areas
Conduct regular patrols of guest and crew areas
Monitor and report security concerns
Assist with security incidents and emergency situations
Support the Security team in maintaining order onboard

Requirements:

Strong background in law enforcement, military, armed or unarmed protection
Previous shipboard experience preferred
Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English
Good physical condition and ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively and conduct routine patrols
Ability to respond calmly and effectively to security incidents
Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment
