Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced 1st Housekeeper on behalf of a leading luxury ocean cruise operator.
This is an excellent opportunity for a housekeeping professional with previous cruise ship experience to join a world-class hospitality team, supporting the Executive Housekeeper in delivering exceptional standards across guest accommodation and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department.
• Lead, coach and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, public health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a 1st Housekeeper or in a similar senior housekeeping role onboard a cruise ship.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multicultural teams.
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation.
• Ability to provide last 2 end of contract appraisals from previous/current company. 
• Availability to join ASAP (July 2026)
