About the job
Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and delivering an exceptional guest service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Captains during sailing, mooring and maneuvering the ship in compliance with their instructions
• The maintenance and upkeep of the hull, decks, working spaces, superstructures and crew areas
• The maintenance and upkeep of the safety and firefighting equipment
• Supervision of navigational department crew
• Cleanliness and condition of the sundeck to satisfy expectations of the passengers

Skills/Qualifications:
• Rhine and/or Danube licenses incl. some risk stretches
• Radar and radio licenses
• Previous Cruise ship experience preferable
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Fluency in English, good command of German language
• Hands On mentality
• Team player
