Concierge Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Concierge Manager to join a prestigious luxury vessel

Rotation: 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off
Salary: USD $4,639 base x 12

This is a senior position combining luxury concierge leadership with destination and shore excursion operations. You’ll lead the onboard Concierge team while overseeing destination experiences, private tours, transfers, travel arrangements, dining reservations and in-port hospitality.

This role would particularly suit someone from a Shore Excursions / Destination Services background who also has strong luxury guest service and leadership experience.

We’re looking for:

• Luxury cruise/yacht experience
• Shore Excursions, Destination Services or Concierge management experience
• Strong knowledge of destination operations, tour operators, DMCs and travel logistics
• Experience managing VIP/high-net-worth clientele
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Luxury hotel experience advantageous
• Fluent English; additional languages highly desirable
• Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
• Stable employment history
