Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Manager on behalf of a leading luxury ocean cruise operator.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class shipboard team, leading HR operations and supporting a positive and professional working environment onboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipboard HR processes and employee relations across all departments.
• Advise Department Heads on performance, disciplinary and HR matters.
• Manage conflict resolution, investigations and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with MLC regulations and company HR policies.
• Support crew training, development, engagement and career progression.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager either on board or within a Luxury Hotel.
• Diploma/qualification in Human Resources Management.
• Previous shipboard experience preferred.
• Experience working within multicultural teams. 
• Strong employee relations, leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Valid seagoing documentation including full STCW basic safety training.
