We are seeking talent across several key onboard retail, specialist, and leadership departments to join cruise ship operations globally.

Key operational focus areas

Fine jewellery and boutique retail
Driving boutique sales on high-volume sea days, engaging guests in consultative selling for luxury timepieces and fine jewellery, and managing secure inventory controls in fast-paced retail spaces. Specialist retail and category experts
Delivering deep product expertise across beauty, watches, and premium spirits while creating interactive, high-touch sales experiences for international guests on board.

Port consultation and public speaking
Delivering energetic live presentations to large audiences on port destinations, shopping insights, and local highlights, alongside conducting one-on-one guest consultations.

Onboard retail leadership
Managing daily boutique floor operations, coaching multinational sales teams under a 7-day operational schedule, and driving performance against targets.

Candidate profile requirements

Experience: Strong background in luxury retail, fine jewellery, specialist sales, destination consulting, or retail management.

Core traits: Resilience for a 7-day working week, strong guest engagement skills, adaptability, and high personal standards.

Language: Strong spoken English capability to converse with international guests and shipboard management.
