German speaking Assistant Service Manager Food & Beverage (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Supporting the Service Manager F&B in overseeing restaurant and bar operations onboard
• - Assisting with the leadership and coordination of a large international F&B service team
• - Monitoring service quality, sales targets, stock orders and inventory
• - Maintaining a strong presence in restaurants and bars during service
• - Handling guest feedback, requests and complaints professionally

What we are looking for:

• - Good German language skills
• - Good English language skills
• - Professional education or training in hospitality, restaurant or hotel operations
• - Previous F&B management or supervisory experience in hotels, restaurants or onboard cruise ships
• - Strong knowledge of restaurant service, beverages and wines
• - Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
• - Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• - Ready for an onboard contract of approximately 4 months
