German speaking Night Auditor (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Acting as the main point of contact at Reception during the night shift
• - Assisting guests with requests, questions and concerns
• - Preparing required reports and administrative documents
• - Organising and preparing guest check-ins and check-outs
• - Checking daily bookings and settlements from different onboard departments
• - Performing the daily closing and preparing revenue and settlement reports

What we are looking for:

• - Good German language skills
• - Good English language skills
• - Professional education or training in hospitality, tourism or a related field
• - Previous experience in hotel reception, front office or night audit
• - Cruise ship experience is an advantage
• - Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and responsibly
• - Very good computer skills
• - Strong guest-service orientation
• - Ready for an onboard contract of approximately 4–6 months
