German speaking Concierge (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Providing personalised assistance and professional service to guests onboard
• - Handling individual guest requests and helping to arrange special services
• - Providing information about onboard facilities, services and destinations
• - Coordinating guest requests with other departments and following up on their completion
• - Assisting with guest feedback, enquiries and service-related issues
• - Ensuring a welcoming and attentive guest experience throughout the cruise

What we are looking for:

• - Very good German language skills
• - Good English language skills
• - Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office or premium hospitality
• - Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
• - Strong service orientation and attention to detail
• - Good organisational skills and ability to handle several guest requests simultaneously
• - Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
• - Previous cruise ship experience is an advantage
