German speaking Sanitation Officer (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Ensuring compliance with onboard health, hygiene, safety and environmental standards, including USPH/VSP, SHIPSAN, HACCP, SQM and MARPOL
• - Managing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures and related supplies
• - Conducting internal hygiene inspections and supporting external Public Health inspections
• - Maintaining and monitoring HACCP and sanitation documentation, logs and checklists
• - Conducting sanitation and Public Health training for crew members

What we are looking for:

• - Advanced English
• - Intermediate German
• - Professional qualification in hygiene or sanitation management, or relevant professional experience
• - Several years of experience in sanitation, hygiene, Public Health or a comparable role
• - Strong knowledge of health, hygiene and food-safety regulations
• - Good MS Office skills
• - Leadership, organisational skills and confidence in enforcing standards
• - Ready for an onboard contract of approximately 4 months
