Slot Technician

Job Summary:

The Slot Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing slot machines and related gaming equipment to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on slot machines and gaming equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Install, test, and configure gaming equipment.
Respond promptly to machine malfunctions.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in electronics, gaming equipment, or technical maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work onboard a cruise ship.
