The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced 'Cruise Director'.

Description Brief: As 'Cruise Director' aboard Scenic Ocean Cruises, you will be the driving force behind the entertainment experience, curating and leading a dynamic program that delights guests throughout their voyage. This role requires a strong performance background, including the ability to sing at a professional level for production shows and solo cabarets, while also bringing creativity and innovation to onboard activities and social events. A confident, engaging host and polished communicator, you’ll be the face of entertainment, setting the tone for a luxury cruise atmosphere.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Hotel Director and Heads of Departments to design and deliver daily entertainment schedules and guest events. Responsibilities include live performances, hosting formal evenings, managing entertainment logistics, and ensuring top-tier service standards. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong vocal ability
• Must be flexible, personable and highly organised
• Must be fluent in English, written and spoken
• Excellent Communication skills
• Committed to safety and guest satisfaction
• Previous luxury cruise experience
