As Hotel Manager your are responsible for managing all aspects of the Hospitality Department of the onboard operations and for coordinating, monitoring and supporting the Hospitality Team in the proper execution of day-to-day and long term duties. You are in charge to conduct pre-embarkation and daily “spot check” cabin & public lounges inspection according to the audit checklist, daily management meeting related to Quality, Travellers and Costs, Revenue, Crew Issues, incoming events and schedule. Besides, you have to monitor onboard revenue to ensure projected sales and appropriate service. To Schedule, train, monitor and evaluate assigned personnel are also part of the duties. In addition, as a Hotel Manager you must ensure the highest Travellers well being and product satisfaction.

ACCOUNTABILITY
- You report directly to the Head Office
FLEXIBILITY
- Flexible to be able to assist in ships’ operational purposes such as loading of food and supplies and general cleaning
TASKS
- Conduct daily management meeting related to Quality, Travelers, Costs, Revenue, Crew Issues and incoming events and schedule.
- Accountable to maintain the highest quality achievements.
- Schedule, train, monitor and evaluate assigned personnel.
- Monitor onboard revenue to ensure projected sales and appropriate service.
- Oversee shipboard and activities, to ensure that program quality and content meet acceptable standards.
- Ensure that shipboard staff is aware of all aspects of safety at work and basic safety rules.
- Responsible for all crew matters in the Hotel Department: including crew reception, crew lodging and feeding, crew cabins and messes, crew welfare and recreation, uniforms, equipment, etc.
- To maintain the highest sanitation and cleanness standards according to PRO’s guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR Department the management of crew retention and rotation.
- To personally welcome new and returning crew members.
- To encourage, support and implement crew wellbeing activities.
- Responsible to monitor crew grooming and professional friendly behavior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum three or four years hotel or prior ship experience in related position
- Management Level Position
- Excellent English and German speaking skills Spanish speaking skills will be considerred an advantage.

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, German, Spanish
